Walnuts and Almonds will help keep you full longer (only 8 almonds or 5 walnuts). Eat these before and it helps you eat less.
Brush you teeth throughout the day. Most of us won’t eat pizza after brushing our teeth.
If you REALLY have a craving for something eat THREE Bites of it and wait 10 minutes. This stops you from being/feeling deprived. This can be easier said then done, but if you pull it off, you feel empowered and you stifled your craving.
Wear tight clothing. When you feel your clothing clinging to you, we typically don’t like how it feels. In the video below Janice wears a pair of Spanx and she says it makes her feel very conscious about her size.
